Civil Engineer – Reno, NV
An established engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Land Development Engineer to lead the design and delivery of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead land development projects from due diligence through construction.
- Manage entitlements, permitting, and agency coordination.
- Oversee site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements.
- Serve as Engineer of Record and provide QA/QC oversight.
- Mentor engineering staff, manage client relationships, and support business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6+ years of land development engineering experience.
- Nevada PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and municipal development regulations.
