Temporary Audit Consultant (1468819) Los Angeles, California Salary: USD30 - USD40 per hour A growing property management firm is seeking a highly detail-oriented Audit Consultant for a 2–4 week project to review accounting records, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong property management accounting experience, be proficient in Yardi, and possess a keen eye for accuracy and internal controls. Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive review of accounting records and financial data within Yardi Reconcile accounts and identify errors, inconsistencies, or unusual transactions Evaluate accounting procedures, controls, and reporting processes Provide recommendations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Document findings and present a summary of areas for improvement to leadership Qualifications: Previous audit, accounting, or financial review experience Property management industry experience required Strong proficiency with Yardi Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and complete the project within a short timeline This is a fully on-site, project-based opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys identifying issues, improving processes, and ensuring financial accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
