Job Description Retail shift managers have a key role in leading store operations, including training staff, merchandising, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. Qualifications Available to work a schedule with varying hours daily. Consent to undergo a criminal background check. Willing to clean a public restroom. Willing to wear a uniform or adhere to a dress code. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Basic computer skills. Experience operating a computerized cash register. Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shift. At least 18 years old. Valid driver's license.
