David Weekley Homes is seeking a Sales Coach to join our Phoenix team. As a Sales Coach, you will play a critical role in training, coaching, and developing our New Home Sales Consultants. This position offers a unique opportunity to invest in others’ success, often working behind the scenes to create measurable and meaningful results. Job Responsibilities: Act as a sales trainer and coach for both individual Sales Consultants and Project Managers Increase self-awareness, confidence, and personal development in team members Empower Sales Consultants to achieve their highest potential and boost sales Conduct engaging and effective classroom training sessions Educate, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants in sales strategies and techniques Build trust and confidence within the team through consistent support and guidance Qualifications Previous success as a New Home Sales Consultant working for a New Home Builder with recognized performance Passion for training, coaching, and developing others Willingness to travel to meet with team members across locations Key Traits and Skills: Enthusiastic, positive, and resilient attitude Excellent listening and coaching skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to create a competitive, but non-threatening environment Honest, high integrity, and caring A team player with a commitment to personal and team growth Additional Information .
