Application Deadline:10/04/2026Address:100 King Street WestJob Family Group:Finance & AccountingAs the Balance Sheet Management (BSM) Manager you will:Provide daily support for the management of the Banks linear and non-linear IRR position.Ongoing monitoring and analysis of both markets and expected changes in the balance sheet exposure.Provide support for the management of the Banks’ cash position and investment portfolio.Perform ad-hoc analytics to identify opportunities to optimize portfolio returns.Contribute to the development of enhanced tools to better manage optionality within the balance sheet.Assist in the execution process of Fixed Income products and Interest Rate Derivative.Support the tracking of exposures versus risk limits.Work with the BSM team on new initiatives.Supports the short- and long-term management of the Bank’s structural balance sheet and supplemental liquidity portfolio. Executes a management framework that optimizes structural market risk exposures due to interest rate and foreign exchange changes over both the short- and long-term. Develops cost-effective hedging strategies that optimize risk-return. Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and developments, monitors risk, and identifies and corrects possible gaps and weaknesses. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
