Diehl of Grove City is hiring motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our dealership sales team in Grove City, Pennsylvania.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Diehl of Grove City, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while providing a professional, pressure-free buying experience from the initial conversation through delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs
• Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle selection
• Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, email, and CRM
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Work with sales managers to structure vehicle purchases and leases
• Assist customers through the sales and vehicle-delivery process
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the dealership CRM
• Develop knowledge of current vehicle inventory, incentives, and promotions
• Follow up with previous customers for repeat and referral business
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals

Successful Automotive Sales Consultants are motivated, organized, personable, and comfortable talking with people from all backgrounds.

Previous experience in automotive sales, car sales, retail sales, customer service, business development, inside sales, outside sales, wireless sales, hospitality, real estate, or commission-based sales is beneficial.
