Established in 1979, with one office and five attorneys, AALRR has grown to more than 300 attorneys in ten offices throughout California. Associate (Intellectual Property) - The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IP litigation matters. We currently have a lot of patent litigation, copyright litigation, and trademark litigation that needs additional support, and the successful candidate will have a broad range of experience, including: Trademark, patent, copyright, and/or trade secret litigation experience in federal court. Trademark Office, Patent Office and ITC experience is a plus. General IP-related advice and counsel Conducting document and data reviews; e‑discovery Preparing and responding to written discovery requests Conducting and defending depositions Law and motion work Attending court hearings and arguing substantive motions Arbitration and/or trial experience Preparing trademark, copyright, and/or patent applications and responding to office actions.
