WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

Get ready to be the mastermind behind our residents' meals and snacks, overseeing their preparation and delivery to various dining rooms. We're looking for someone who can handle the challenge of managing specialized diets, ensuring that each resident's unique dietary needs are met with precision and care. As the Dining Services Director, you'll also be responsible for the financial aspect of our food service department. From monitoring stock levels to tracking invoices and staying within budget, you'll be our financial food guru.

And of course, no successful food service team is complete without the right staff. That's why you'll have the opportunity to lead and motivate a team of 25-30 associates, ensuring they are trained and ready to deliver top-notch service from the kitchen to the dining tables. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Current Serve Safe certificate
• Training or degree in culinary arts
• Experience with financial management

Experience working with senior adults and operating a successful culinary department is preferred but not required.
