Job Description

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on units and sub-assemblies. You'll follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs) to complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing, while holding tight tolerances to blueprint specifications.

What You'll Do

Perform electronic/electro-mechanical assembly on units and sub-assemblies
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing process instructions (MPIs)
Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
Make setups and adjustments to meet blueprint tolerances
Apply judgment to recognize when a deviation from standard procedure is needed
Operate manufacturing equipment properly and safely

What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in a high-volume assembly manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical assembly skills
Ability to read, write, and understand English (required for MPIs and instructions)
Ability to work from verbal instructions, written instructions, drawings, or diagrams
Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed, beyond a standard 40-hour week

Details

Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus required OT/weekends
Starting Pay: $22.50/hour
Work Model: On-site
