Senior Financial Analyst

Summary As a key contributor to the finance team, you will manage the Treasury function, monitoring, forecasting, and moving cash on a daily and weekly basis to optimize working capital. Responsibilities Monitor daily and weekly cash flows. Forecast cash requirements and optimize working capital. Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders. Prepare treasury reports and analyses. Minimum Qualifications Formal Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience and Training Required: Five (5) years of financial analysis experience. Deep experience with Excel. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: Maintains high confidentiality regarding financial matters. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience with accounting/treasury management software (e.g., Lawson, Remitra) and GAAP principles. Effective collaboration with management and teammates in advisory capacity. Experience developing Microsoft Excel‑based financial models. Customer‑service oriented, respectful interactions with patients/customers. Accountable for demonstrating behaviors consistent with the customer service policy. Physical Demands: Sedentary work; may require exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally.
