Technical Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Role Description
Looking for a Communication Domain experienced Technical Business Analyst / Process Consultant with exposure to Enterprise Data Products like Ethernet Products, Ethernet Private Line, Ethernet Virtual Private Line, Business Internet, Wavelength etc.
Qualifications
- Experience in Telecom, specifically Metro Ethernet.
- Domain Knowledge in Communication Order to Activate process, Service Order Management, Provisioning and Activation.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Products - Ethernet (primarily), IPVPN, Wave etc.
Requirements
- Understanding of Integration aspects and Workflows.
- Knowledge of Web Services, Queues, Topics.
- Experience with XML, JSON.
- Familiarity with Integration specification tools like Swagger.
- Project Management Methodologies: Agile; specific knowledge on SAFe is advantageous.
- Good Stakeholder management and Elicitation skills.
- Experience managing cross geography teams - with Discovery and grooming.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio and BPM tools.
- Able to understand and create Process documents and Architecture diagrams.
