Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $55+ per visit

Job Description Bayada Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health care in Land O Lakes, Florida. The role is full‑time and involves visiting adult and geriatric clients throughout Pinellas and Pasco counties. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor client conditions; report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and properly document doctors’ orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using the electronic system. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, evidenced by transcript or diploma. Strong interpersonal and computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.
