Patient Navigator - Genetic Testing & Phlebotomy

HALO Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, provide education, coordinate care, and perform phlebotomy in a compassionate, high‑quality patient experience. This full‑time, in-person role is based at Peoria Plaza with occasional shifts at Laveen; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
