Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Summary Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating peri-operative patient care, in line with hospital policies and standards. Communicates findings and documents in patient records. Oversees care provided by ancillary and professional staff, manages supplies and equipment, and develops collaborative relationships with physicians and interdepartmental teams. Participates in marketing operating room services to medical staff. Provides safe, culturally sensitive, age-specific nursing care, including effective pain management and abuse/neglect reporting. Ensures compliance with safety and infection control policies, supporting the hospital’s mission and policies. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school with RN licensure Competent in procedures such as general, GYN, EENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Plastic, Cardiovascular, and neurological surgeries CPR and ACLS certification (or scheduled) required Preferred: 1+ years medical-surgical or OR experience, leadership skills Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
