Job Title Project Control Analyst – San Ramon / San Jose / Oakland Region, CA. Location San Ramon, San Jose, Oakland, CA. Salary Posted Salary Range: Minimum $89,100.00, Upper $119,000.00. Your role as Project Control Analyst will support award‑winning projects, contributing to growth and success across teams. Responsibilities Prepare work packages & submit them to the customer's portal. Review as‑built documentation & follow format guidelines. Support project management & improve processes. Report on QC standards to management. Monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours. Create client and internal status reports that communicate schedule status and identify critical path. Develop and maintain productive cross‑discipline relationships within the project team. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure full awareness of project cost, risks, and provide mitigation strategies. Qualifications 3‑4 years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting. Construction experience on complex projects $25M and above preferred. Ability to build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with engineering, project management & construction teams. Strong ability to explain variances, delays, and monitor contractor schedules. Cost analysis and SAP experience is a bonus. Must be local to the San Ramon/Oakland/San Jose/Monterey Areas, to attend the office as needed.
