Dosimetrist - Radiation

Dosimetrist at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.Under the direction of the Director/Manager and clinical oversight of the Physicist, and with latitude for independent judgment, ensures precise and accurate treatment plans, dose calculations, and dosimetry considerations for patients undergoing radiation therapy. Assists the physicist in calculating dosages for brachytherapy procedures. Acts in compliance with Federal, State, and Joint Commission standards. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
