Contracts & Risk Manager

As a Contracts & Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by supporting the pre-bid proposal and construction contract review process. What You Will Be Doing
- Analyzes proposal and contract documents to identify risks and opportunities.
- Identifies and pursues risk mitigation and risk transfer opportunities in close collaboration with the operational pursuit teams, business development, legal, insurance, and procurement.
- Coordinates all risk review and management activities throughout the various Bid Review Committee (BRC) phases to ensure all key risks resolved by time of bid delivery.
- Develops risk transfer strategies for joint venture, design agreements and main subcontracts.
- Prepares opinions and facilitates executive decision making with respect to key issues in project pursuits.
- Develops risk review and control tools, including policies, processes and systems.
- Forms trustful relationships key with stakeholders in estimating, business development, operations, and create alignment on the Company's risk management philosophies.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field required.
- 5+ years' experience with construction project contracts required.
- Experience with contracts, negotiations, pursuit management preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- Strong collaboration and team player attitude.
