Embark on an exciting journey as a Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in beautiful Monterey County, CA! We are looking for a passionate and adaptable COTA to join our dynamic team in a skilled nursing facility. Make a meaningful impact by providing patient-centered care that focuses on enhancing functional independence. Duties: Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for both short-term and long-term residents. Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team. Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards. Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards. Requirements: Active OTA License. SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for Those with 0-1 Year Experience). Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills. Flexible and Collaborative Mindset. Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Schedule. Shift Information: Flex schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday. Holiday Coverage Required. Minimum Years of Experience: Less than 1 year. Certifications / Requirements: BLS/BCLS.
