Position Overview As the Store Manager at Nutrishop, you are the face of fitness nutrition in our community. You will lead from the front, driving revenue through expert, assertive service‑sales, while building deep community ties. Base pay starts at $58,000 and is augmented by performance incentives. Key Responsibilities Drive store revenue through expert, assertive service‑sales. Build lasting relationships with local gyms, trainers, and athletes to position Nutrishop as the community hub. Set the energy for the store and motivate staff with an enthusiastic, positive environment. Own store performance metrics and continuously pursue growth‑driven results. Provide deep‑dive nutritional and supplement guidance with professional authority. Deliver a first‑class customer experience. Delegate and develop a quality team. Manage staff of health coaches and assistant managers. Support customers with macros, nutrition plans, and accountability to meet goals. Inspire and coach the team to achieve monthly sales goals. Participate in local health and fitness events. Qualifications & Skills Proven sales success and passion for sales psychology. Ability to build rapport quickly and connect genuinely with diverse clients. Extroverted, high‑energy, and assertive communication style.
