In this exciting role, you will work closely with the 2020 Meta Sales Specialists within Best Buy to provide training, sales development, and support. You will also work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers and 2020 employees seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Consistent Schedule: The schedule for this role is Thursday through Monday, including Saturday & Sunday. Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies. Qualifications We're especially interested in candidates with a passion for gaming that extends to AV and VR products. Drive Sales Growth: Effectively promote Meta devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure the "Best Experience" for retail partners and end-consumers through expert product knowledge and outstanding service. Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating retailers and customers on the features and benefits of Meta devices. Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives. Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement. Training and Advocacy: Provide comprehensive training to retail staff, ensuring they can effectively advocate for and pitch Meta devices to consumers. Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
