Position Overview:

As a Loan Processor at Qualfax, you’ll evaluate, analyze, and approve real estate loan applications. You'll collaborate with loan originators, brokers, legal teams, to assess risk, structure deals, and ensure compliance with our lending standards.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and assess borrower creditworthiness, collateral value, and overall deal risk

- Review loan applications, financial statements, appraisals, title reports, and property inspections

- Structure loan terms in coordination with originators, aligned with company risk tolerance

- Conduct due diligence on sponsors, guarantors, and assets

- Ensure all loans comply with Qualfax guidelines and applicable regulations

- Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely closings

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience underwriting bridge loans, private lending, or CRE finance

- Strong understanding of real estate valuation and investment strategies

- Skilled in financial analysis, credit review, and real estate documentation

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume lending environment

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation abilities

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field preferred

Benefits:

- Pay: $31.25 - $40.87 per hour ($65,000 - $85,000 per year)
