DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Assist in all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to; touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, call backs.

·        Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors and colleagues.

·        Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.

·       Receive and process necessary paperwork such as, move in/move out paperwork, rent charges, eviction notices, and collections.

REQUIREMENTS

·       MINIMUM of 6 months previous property management experience or related industry

·       Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays

·       Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
