About the Opportunity

AddiNurse is seeking an ambitious, experienced Healthcare Business Development & Contract Sales Executive to drive new business growth and secure healthcare service agreements.

This is a revenue-generating sales position, not simply a marketing or lead generation role.

The ideal candidate understands healthcare decision-making, has established industry relationships, and can independently develop business opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new healthcare business opportunities.

• Establish relationships with physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, and organizational decision-makers.

• Prospect and engage medical groups, behavioral health organizations, healthcare technology companies, and senior living operators.

• Present AddiNurse’s clinical support services and partnership opportunities.

• Conduct discovery meetings and identify potential clinical and operational needs.

• Collaborate with AddiNurse leadership to develop customized proposals.

• Facilitate contract discussions, negotiations, and successful execution.

• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline and track prospective partnerships.

• Support client relationship development and long-term account growth.

Ideal Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare sales, business development, medical services sales, or healthcare contracting.

• Proven ability to generate new business and close contracts.

• Established relationships with healthcare providers or organizational decision-makers preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with care coordination, chronic care management, remote monitoring, or healthcare operations is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working with a growing healthcare startup.

Compensation & Opportunity

• 1099 independent contractor
