Before becoming an agent, I spent several years as a State Farm team member and later managed another agent's office. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, and developing a successful team. Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. I'm actively involved with the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce and serve in a leadership role at New Creation Church. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
