I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years as a State Farm team member and later managed another agent's office. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, and developing a successful team. Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. I'm actively involved with the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce and serve in a leadership role at New Creation Church. Our agency proudly supports organizations including the Redstone Art Foundation, Two Rivers Community School, New Creation Preschool, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Legacy Dance Company, Carbondale Clay Center, and Grizzly Hockey. Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, disability and life insurance, prenatal leave, a monthly health stipend, and licensing reimbursement. I'm looking for someone who is motivated, self-disciplined, reliable, and eager to grow. This is an in-office position, so candidates must be able to commute to our Carbondale office. As an Account Associate for Hailie Mickley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
