Recruiting Coordinator

#restonfed Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in McLean, VA. Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the interview and candidate experience process. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in coordinating interviews, supporting candidates and hiring teams, and ensuring a seamless recruiting experience from initial scheduling through the completion of the interview process. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both candidates and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Manage all logistics related to virtual, in-person, and event-based interviews
• Facilitate candidate travel arrangements and onsite interview experiences as needed
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to ensure timely completion of interview activities
• Track interview progress and ensure compliance with recruiting procedures and applicable regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within recruiting systems
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team
• Manage a high volume of requests while balancing shifting priorities and deadlines
• Support hiring initiatives across geographically dispersed teams and remote locations
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience providing recruiting, human resources, administrative, or coordination support
• Experience managing multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting virtual and remote teams across multiple locations
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, candidates, and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs

• Experience supporting interview scheduling or talent acquisition operations
• Experience coordinating candidate travel and onsite interview logistics
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
• Knowledge of recruiting processes and best practices
