Employer Industry: Electrical Infrastructure Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $176,300 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global organization Flexible remote work option available Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Employee stock purchase plan and tuition reimbursement programs Commitment to community engagement and philanthropic activities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead and manage the sales process for Engineered Building Systems across the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets Cultivate and expand relationships with key industrial and commercial energy customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and execution capabilities Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the company's value proposition What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent sales experience accepted Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with industrial power generation, EPCs, and renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales skills and ability to lead long sales cycles Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
