Quality Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support product quality and manufacturing processes in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This role will play a key part in ensuring product reliability through inspections, process improvements, and adherence to established quality standards.

You'll work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams to identify issues early, implement corrective actions, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality standards and inspection criteria for products and processes
• Perform internal audits in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Monitor the full production cycle and conduct regular testing to identify potential issues early
• Inspect materials and PCBs for defects, durability, and overall compliance
• Analyze quality issues and prepare reports detailing findings and corrective actions (RCCA)
• Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Experience developing technical documentation and reports
• Knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD standards (electronics/PCB environment preferred)
• Understanding of statistical analysis and quality metrics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to work well across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Additional certifications in Quality or related fields are a plus

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
