Why join us Stable project pipeline with a strong local client base Real ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout Collaborative environment between PMs, Superintendents, and leadership Long-term growth opportunity with a company that invests in its people Competitive compensation, benefits, and work-life balance Job Details Manage multiple construction projects from kickoff through completion Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor Background in commercial construction (ground-up and/or complex renovations) Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail Local or commutable to the Brighton, MI area Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
