Responsibilities

As a front desk clerk, you will be:

• Greeting guests and owners on arrival.
• Checking in/out guests.
• Generating folios and collecting payments.
• Receiving housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacting appropriate departmental personnel.
• Preparing and consistently restocking the front desk with supplies, including preparing arrival packets and area information.
• Answering phones and directing calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Proficient English language
• Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
• 6-month customer service experience
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience as a front desk/guest services agent.
• Cash/credit card transactions.
• Background in resort hospitality or related industries.
