Step into a dynamic remote opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist and make a difference for students in Massachusetts—all from the comfort of your own home! We are searching for a dedicated SLP who holds a current MA license to provide outstanding teletherapy services for the remainder of the school year. This contract position features a full-time schedule and the chance to work with an inspiring elementary caseload of approximately 35 students spread across 2-3 sites.

This is an immediate-need role where your passion and commitment can create a positive learning environment for young learners. Your expertise will help students reach their communication goals and find greater success in the classroom and beyond.

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Current Massachusetts SLP license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Previous in-school SLP experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive outlook and a collaborative approach to student-centered care
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fully remote work environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions to elementary students
• Manage and track student progress across multiple sites
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Consult and collaborate with educational staff and parents
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school policies
• Foster a supportive and uplifting virtual therapy space
