Manufacturing Technician III (Job Id 11391) Location: Mesa, Arizona Shift: Shift 1 (Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm) Description Summary: The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on‑time delivery specifications. Responsibilities Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators Troubleshoots operator problems successfully; works with leadership on training and process improvements Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Works on problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis and evaluation of identifiable factors; demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions; builds productive internal/external working relationships Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career‑oriented, journey‑level position.
