Our services include sign permits, design, fabrication, repair, and installation. Job Overview Position: B2B Sales Rep – Project Manager (full‑time). Location: Southlake, TX. Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses, with average earnings ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 per year. Responsibilities Identify targets and manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. Communicate with clients in person and over the phone to establish a good rapport and listen to their needs. Explain how our products and services can best satisfy client requirements. Coordinate with design, permitting, production, and installation teams to complete orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Advocate on behalf of clients and conduct periodic check‑ins to confirm satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Experience in business‑to‑business (B2B) sales and project management. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred experience in sign, construction, or sales industries. Skills & Attributes Professional demeanor – punctual and respectful.
