About the Role
Stafingo is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physicians (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) to provide on-site care at a VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Hyannis, MA. We are filling 2 full-time positions for a steady, one-year contract engagement.
Schedule- Monday Friday, standard clinic hours 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Full-time equivalent: 2,080 hours/year per physician
- Overtime hours available and paid at a premium rate
- $160/hour for standard clinic hours
- $240/hour for overtime hours (1.5x standard rate)
- Weekly or bi-weekly direct deposit
- Malpractice/professional liability insurance provided
- Current, full and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state, territory, or DC (Massachusetts license required prior to start)
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Active DEA registration
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Ability to pass VA credentialing/privileging (VetPro) and background vetting
- Current ACLS/BLS certification
- Up-to-date immunizations/screenings per CDC guidance
- Clean OIG exclusion list status
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

- Dedicated staffing coordinator for scheduling and onboarding
Services are provided on-site at a VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Hyannis, MA, delivering primary care to Veterans on Cape Cod.
