CDL A Truck Driver – Dedicated Account Home Weekly Class A CDL Truck Drivers with at least 6 months of driving experience in the last 3 years run a dedicated account that is home weekly and pays $93–$105 K per year with a $2 500 sign‑on bonus. Drivers start full benefits on the first of the month following 60 days with the company, including medical, 401(k) with matching and PTO. Drivers earn $.79–$.82 CPM to start (based on experience) with a maximum of $.90 CPM – a raise of $.01 CPM every 6 months. Drivers are paid $55 per stop and $100 per trailer unload. Drivers are home weekly and can take their truck home but need a secure place to park. Your rider and pet are welcome after your 5 days of training on the account, which pays $200 per day. Orientation is in St. Louis, after which the driver is assigned a trainee and receives 3–5 days of training.
