Class A drivers with at least one verifiable year of experience in the last 3 years are invited to join our team for guaranteed salary per shipment, great benefits, and frequent home time. Average driver pays $113,000 per year. Deliveries are 100% touch – freight is preloaded and trailers are hook‑and‑go. Drivers earn an average of $2,190 per week while serving the Northeast region. Full benefits begin after 60 days. Training on the account takes 3–5 days. Drivers return home weekly (weekends not guaranteed). You may take your truck home if you have a secure parking spot. Riders and pets can accompany you after completion of training. URINE DRUG TEST ONLY All candidates must pass a urine drug test. Failure or refusal to test, even with completed SAP, renders the candidate ineligible. JOB PAY AND SUMMARY Pick up loads at the DC just outside Rome, NY. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go. Daily salary of $215 plus $300 for every unloaded trailer. Drivers average 900–1,200 miles per week and complete three loads. Each trailer includes 2–4 stops. Deliveries are loaded by the driver onto a conveyor belt; store personnel handle inventory and merchandising. Drivers may use up to a 34‑hour reset period at home while remaining on a load. At the start of the week, they finish deliveries and then head back to DC for the next load. Orientation in Dayton lasts roughly 2 days. The company pays for transportation, hotel, meals, and pays $85 per day. Training lasts 3–5 days. Candidates must be willing to either double bunk with the trainer or secure their truck. Training is paid at the daily rate. After training, riders and dogs can be brought while on the run. Minimum 21 years of age and at least one full year of Class A experience (local, regional or OTR). CDL must be in the state of current residence. May have no more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years. May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years, but cannot have a major traffic violation, a preventable rear‑end, or a rollover. Must not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Personal vehicle record: up to 15+ violations, or reckless, following too closely, texting or handheld use are acceptable. No violations in a commercial vehicle. No felonies in the last 7 years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last 3 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
