We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.As a DevOps Engineer at EliseAI, you will own the systems and processes that support reliable software deployment across multiple environments. You'll be responsible for managing configuration, maintaining deployment workflows, and ensuring operational consistency as our infrastructure scales. This role requires close collaboration across engineering, product, and platform teams to support end-to-end delivery—from development through production. You'll help build the foundation for how we deploy, monitor, and scale our systems as the company continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and improve infrastructure using AWS and modern DevOps practicesDesign and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to ensure high availabilityAutomate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD workflowsCollaborate with engineers to identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issuesImprove system security and auditability across environmentsEvaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance operationsMove at rocket speed, build something massive.We're scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. If you're hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.Requirements3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, preferably at a high-growth startupStrong AWS experience, including services like EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and IAMProficiency in scripting languages (preferably Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform)Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to debug and optimize complex systemsExperience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or similarAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of large initiatives from day oneWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package.
