Project Manager for 3XN - New York

Overview 3XN is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing studio in New York City. You will be working on a range of exciting, North American-based projects and competitions in an open, innovative, and design-oriented environment. We are looking for experienced designers who are passionate about value-driven, high-quality architecture, at both the conceptual and detail level. Requirements Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with the ability to produce design options both independently and collaboratively 5-10 years of experience in all phases of design and documentation, from Concept Design through Construction Documents (project management experience required) Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic about advancing the studio High proficiency with Revit, Rhino, Enscape and the Adobe Suite Excellent communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English Eligible to work in the United States Application Please submit your cover letter, CV and work samples.
