Known for its refined aesthetic and creative storytelling, this firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its New York team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to take the lead on social media strategy and content while supporting a range of initiatives across proposals, PR, and event communications. Key Responsibilities Drive the firm’s social media presence, developing creative content and strategies to highlight projects, events, and firm culture across multiple platforms Partner with the Marketing Manager on proposals, presentations, and press submissions, ensuring all materials reflect the firm’s brand voice and design excellence Write and edit compelling copy for newsletters, web updates, award submissions, and project communications Support event planning, photography coordination, and day-to-day marketing initiatives to elevate the firm’s public presence Collaborate across teams to ensure timely responses to portfolio requests and ad-hoc marketing needs Key Skills/Requirements Experience in marketing or communications within design, architecture, or a related creative industry Strong copywriting and editing skills, with proven experience crafting engaging content for social media, newsletters, and proposals Proficiency across major social media platforms and scheduling/analytics tools; experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is a plus Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and adapt to last-minute requests A collaborative, social personality with genuine enthusiasm for design, events, and storytelling To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your resume (and portfolio for design positions).
