Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join their collaborative team at Golisano Children's Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. This opportunity involves providing care in a 70-bed, Level III NICU, supporting a health system with 7,000 annual deliveries, and working with a team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs. Both experienced and entry-level applicants are welcome to contribute to a family-centered care model in a state-of-the-art facility. Practice Info Work at Golisano Children's Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida, a state-of-the-art facility and the region's only stand-alone children's hospital. Provide care in a 70-bed, Level III NICU. Support a health system with 7,000 annual deliveries across two hospitals. Join a collaborative team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs. Benefit from 24/7 in-house NNP coverage and in-house call. Access all pediatric subspecialties (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO). Responsibilities Provide care in the Level III NICU. Support Level I well-baby care at Cape Coral Hospital. Participate in a robust quality improvement program.
