We are excited to announce a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for this position.

Our organization is in search of a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Occupational Therapist Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Possession of a current New York State OT License
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care settings; however, new graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents and create individualized OT treatment plans tailored to their specific needs
• Select activities that empower residents to perform daily tasks independently
• Monitor, evaluate, and document residents' progress in occupational therapy through detailed reporting
• Safeguard resident confidentiality by managing sensitive information appropriately
• Foster a collaborative environment among the healthcare team
