Tax Manager

Tax Manager- High Net WorthHybrid with offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Cleveland, and NYC.Key Responsibilities:Review federal and state individual and fiduciary tax returns, income tax projections, and supporting workpapersApply strong technical skills in individual and fiduciary income tax, with working knowledge of partnerships and S-corporationsProvide strategic tax consulting, planning, and compliance services to clientsManage day-to-day client needs and oversee the tax return process, identifying and resolving tax issues as neededConduct tax research to address and resolve technical issuesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation preferredCPA license preferredMinimum of 7 years of progressive experience in public accountingFamiliarity with hedge fund and private equity K-1sStrong client service mindset with a history of building and maintaining relationshipsSpartan Placements is an equal opportunity employer.
