Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (MDS/RNAC) - Richmond, VA
Prestige Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (MDS/RNAC) to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a leader in short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation, we provide exceptional care to our patients and residents.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (MDS/RNAC) to lead our team at our Richmond, VA Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing related to the assessment of patients and residents in a healthcare facility. The RNAC will assess patients, provide regular reports to doctors and other medical professionals, and work with the MDS system to ensure the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients and provide regular reports to doctors and other medical professionals
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations
Assist with patient examinations and/or questions
Implement and interpret MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments
Review and revise care plans as needed
