You will learn how to identify potential short term rental opportunities, evaluate properties from an investment perspective, and help clients understand factors such as projected income, expenses, location, market demand, and potential returns. Through coaching and practical experience, you will strengthen your ability to communicate with investors and guide clients through the purchasing process.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop skills in lead generation, prospecting, investment analysis, client follow up, negotiations, contracts, and transaction management. You will also learn how to build relationships with property owners and investors that can create repeat and referral opportunities.

The goal is to help you develop valuable knowledge within the short term rental market while building a long term real estate business centered on relationships, investment properties, and consistent client opportunities.

• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on short-term rental properties preferred.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to provide clients with actionable insights.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Licensed real estate agent in the state of California.
• Strong communication skills to guide clients through the purchasing process effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with a team of real estate professionals to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Experience in managing contracts and transaction processes to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
