You will collaborate seamlessly with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production teams to enhance product designs and processes geared toward efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.Position Responsibilities:Lead and champion engineering transformation initiatives to significantly accelerate PAC-3 production ratesDrive and embed design for manufacturability (DFM), design for testability (DFT), and design for assembly (DFA) practices that enable smooth, high-rate productionPartner closely with manufacturing and production teams to innovate and implement enhancements in production systems, tooling, and processes that unlock greater throughputDevelop and implement cutting-edge technical strategies that optimize product designs and streamline production workflows—maximizing scalability and operational efficiencyProactively identify and mitigate engineering risks associated with production rate accelerationCollaborate with suppliers and supply chain teams to boost responsiveness and ensure timely delivery of critical materials and components for production ramp-upLead cross-functional teams driving engineering change initiatives—ensuring all work complies with rigorous quality and safety standardsProvide technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to engineering teams focused on transformation effortsSupport proposal development and participate in technical reviews related to production acceleration effortsMonitor, analyze, and report key metrics on technical performance and production rate improvementsThis position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
