Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

WCS Healthcare Partners is excited to invite a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established primary care team in Connecticut. This role offers the chance to build your own patient panel in a patient-centered environment, supported by a seamless integration process. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients (18+). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Develop and maintain a patient panel, fostering long-term relationships. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice. Utilize electronic medical records for documentation and patient management. Requirements: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility). APRN (Family, Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner) or PA training. Minimum of 1 year experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting.
