We're searching for an experienced District Manager to oversee 4–6 high-volume Quick Service Restaurant locations in the Roswell, Georgia area. What You'll Do Provide leadership, coaching, and support to General Managers across 4–6 restaurant locations Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, cleanliness, and guest service Analyze P&Ls and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses Recruit, hire, train, and develop restaurant management teams Conduct regular restaurant visits, operational audits, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health department regulations Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence What We're Looking For 3+ years of successful multi-unit restaurant leadership experience Strong background in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Casual concepts with drive-thru operations Experience overseeing 4–6 restaurant locations Proven ability to improve restaurant performance through coaching and leadership development Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, food cost, and operating expenses Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders Willingness to travel throughout the assigned market Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: High $70,000s to Low $80,000s Performance Bonus Program Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Mileage Reimbursement or Vehicle Allowance (where applicable) Ongoing Leadership Development Excellent Career Advancement Opportunities Why You'll Love This Opportunity This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll have a direct impact on the success of multiple restaurants.
