Base pay range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Bloomington, MN Job Responsibilities Lead daily construction activities, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish. Guide project planning, scheduling, and cost development to meet critical objectives. Build and maintain client relationships, handling proposals and project-related communications. Negotiate contracts and manage change orders effectively. Implement project plans, including safety, quality assurance, and staffing strategies. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and compliance with permits and regulations. Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in construction project management across various industries. Understanding of accounting principles and ability to manage project finances. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
