There are excellent opportunities for advancement and additional responsibility as your career progresses.Why This Position Is Worth ConsideringJoin a highly successful, financially stable company with 65 years of engineering innovation.Work on cutting-edge embedded technology and products that are critical to the company's continued success.Excellent work-life balance, strong leadership, and a company culture where people genuinely enjoy working.Significant opportunities for career growth and increased technical responsibility.Hybrid flexibility once established in the position, with remote work opportunities when focusing on coding and automation.What You'll Be DoingDevelop automated firmware tests using Python, Robot Framework, and similar tools.Design and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing frameworks for embedded systems.Work closely with firmware and hardware engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Git and Bitbucket.Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment to validate hardware and firmware.Help improve test automation processes and contribute to new product development.What We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in firmware QA, embedded systems testing, or a related engineering role.Strong Python scripting and test automation skills.Experience with Robot Framework, PyTest, or similar testing tools.Understanding of embedded firmware and hardware/software integration.Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other electronic test equipment.Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD environments.Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. xhyhwjd Experience with HIL testing, CAN, USB, UART, SPI, Ethernet, or Jira would be a plus.
