1. Lead complex, enterprise scale technology programs across automotive lending, servicing, payments, dealer platforms, data, and digital transformation initiatives.

2. Own end to end program planning, execution, governance, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive level reporting.

3. Partner closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and third party vendors to drive successful program outcomes.

4. Drive strong program and portfolio governance, including delivery metrics, KPIs, SLAs, controls, escalation mechanisms, and standardized management reporting.

he pay range for this role is $130,000-$140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
